主な条件：
・契約者、被保険者、受取人のすべてが日本国内に居住していること。
・被保険者または契約者または受取人となる外国人が、外国人登録証明書を所持し、在留資格のある人。
・申込書、告知書、約款が日本語で理解できること等。
